• Availability: We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be subject to downtime for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.

You agree to use VIF VPN only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for:

• Illegal Activities: Violating any local, state, national, or international law, including accessing or sharing child abuse material, trading illegal goods, or engaging in cybercrime.
• Intellectual Property Violation: Infringing upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others (e.g., downloading pirated content).
• Hacking and Network Abuse: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems, spreading viruses/malware, conducting Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, or scanning ports.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, spam, or engaging in phishing activities.
• Harassment: Stalking, threatening, or harassing individuals.

Violation of these rules may result in the immediate termination of your account without refund.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Fair Use: While we do not cap bandwidth, excessive usage that negatively affects the network performance for other users (e.g., using the service for high-volume automated botting) is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit sessions or suspend accounts involved in unfair usage.

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect or store browsing logs, connection logs, or activity data. We cannot provide information about your online activities to third parties because we do not possess it.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No Warranty: We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be available at all times.
• Limitation of Liability: QUNATUMLEAP INNOVATION INTERNATIONAL LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
